The rooms were very clean, courteous staff. Enjoyed dainties at kimmie's coffee cup, it was minutes away from the hotel.

room was quiet when upgraded. 3-star hotel in reno. even the reno-tahoe international airport was not so far. a great selection restaurants to eat close by, like the bistro that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

hardly a 10-minute walk from meadowood mall, which was suitable for us. the pool bar onsite.
